I needed winter tires for my truck, left it up to Tim to choose the tires. Watched him mount the new tires with such detail to installation like no other, from grinding off rust on hubs , to lubricating the studs, etc etc etc. And the tire choice was perfect for Tatlock roads. "Christmas Eve is not a good time for a blown head light or any vehicle trouble! Especially when my Equinox requires many bolts and trim removed to replace the bulb. With a trip to Kingston scheduled for Christmas Day evening with the family on board, one headlight was a problem. Tim is a friend of mine and I mentioned it to him with a Christmas text... he said come on over at 11am (Christmas Day) and I will look after it. Knowing Tim if wouldn't matter if I was a friend or another new or existing customer... he would have helped since he was free for a few minutes Christmas morning! It's good to have a mechanic with vast experience with great service!"
